The Strengthening Intercultural Dialogue operation establishes a comprehensive system of intercultural mediation in the Administrative Units of Koper and Izola: a network of mediators, cooperation protocols with institutions, information points, and activities aimed at strengthening the professionalisation of intercultural mediators (training, mentoring and supervision). The goal is to improve third country nationals’ access to public services and to reduce the burden on institutions.
