Between 6 and 7 May PiNA colleagues Maja Drobna and Vid Sever travelled to Brussels on business, where the partners of the new ESCLIB project met officially for the first time and kicked off a two-year adventure that will equip young Europeans with critical-thinking skills for navigating digital media and combating disinformation—especially that linked to climate change.
From 20 to 22 May, PiNA ran an intensive three-day training course for 14 youth workers from Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Estonia, focusing on how to involve young people in decision-making and the co-creation of projects.
PiNA is looking for a candidate for an European solidarity corps volunteering activity in the Public Institute for Youth, Culture and Tourism Koper (Slovenia), who will be working in multimedia and social media field.
Together with the partners in the SoilTribes project, a European initiative aligned with the EU mission “A Soil Deal for Europe,” we are pleased to announce the launch of its Community of Practice (CoP), a structured, multi-stakeholder platform designed to advance soil literacy and foster sustainable land management across Europe.
We’re thrilled to announce that HEKA / PiNA is participating as a host partner in this year’s Summer Sessions, coordinated by V2_ Lab for the Unstable Media. This means we will host a 6-8 week residency focused on spatial sound, inviting sound artists and enthusiasts to develop and showcase their projects in an immersive environment.
In this short interview, we speak with Katarina Gryvul, a classically trained composer, violinist, and music producer, about her unique approach to sound. She blends the concept of holophony with avant-garde techniques to develop distinct soundscapes through instruments, voice, and analog synths.
We are excited to announce the launch of the Awareness-raising campaign in the framework of the WIN project. The campaign aims to empower women, remove barriers and promote equality in the labour market.
