Historically, youth workers have been keen to absorb the new trends but with the new digital tools, collaborative methods, humour techniques, new art forms etc. the know-how of how to use these innovative approaches is not easy to get and even when some youth workers have this know-how, it’s not easily mainstreamed.
This is why youth organisations needs to enhance the knowledge on creative use of digital and social methods in youth work.
Following the specific objectives of the project are: 1) capacitate youth workers in digitalization and in social innovation 2) test new approaches with young people in a co-creative manner 3) evaluate, adapt and spread the tools wider in the European youth work community.
